SEGRO STRENGTHENS LONDON MARKETS TEAM WITH NEW APPOINTMENT

SEGRO, Europe’s leading provider of flexible business space, has appointed Mike Cummings as asset manager within its London Markets team.

Mike is a chartered surveyor with over 10 years’ experience of the industrial warehouse sector having previously worked for Brixton plc where he advised on asset management of industrial property in the South East and Greater London areas. At SEGRO Mike will be working across the London Markets’ 2,822,131 sq ft (262,176 sq m) Greater London portfolio which includes schemes such as J31 Park in West Thurrock, Parkbury in Radlett and Frogmore Industrial Estate in London NW10.
